Their meals are 100% plant-based and vegan, but you don't have to be vegan to eat them! The meals are nutritionally balanced and a wholesome addition to any diet. 

Unlike other ready-made meal providers who make heavily processed meals that have limited if any health benefits, their process is entirely different, and they do not use oil, refined sugar or gluten in their products and every ingredient used in their meals is washed, prepared and cooked in pure filtered water.
